Seattle Evangelism Summit 2024

Proclaiming the good news of Jesus together

Friday, October 18th 2024
Highlands Community Church
10:30AM-3:30PM
*Lunch and materials included with registration

We are inviting all pastors, ministry leaders, business leaders, and anyone eager to take seriously the Great Commission during these challenging times. Catch an inspired message from our keynote Josh White, from Door of Hope Church in Portland OR, a church planter who has seen a large percentage of his plant come from new believers as he and his team have intentionally sought to bring the good news of Christ to the hurting and lost Rose City. Brainstorm approaches for the Greater Seattle area in a workshop fashion with other key leaders like yourself in the region. Develop next steps for your organization while being joined by an expert panel of local ministry leaders who are reaching unbelievers with the good news of the Gospel in the unique ways in the Greater Seattle area.

It is our hope that we develop creative thinking around evangelism, a greater desire to bear witness to the good news of Christ, and some practical avenues of engagement as we seek to introduce everyone in our region to Jesus.

Keynote Speaker:

josh White

Door of Hope

Josh White is a speaker, recording artist, author of ‘Stumbling Toward Eternity’, and founding pastor of Door of Hope, a thriving church community in the heart of Portland, Or.  Josh is a self proclaimed ‘amateur’, a lover of learning and though everything interests him, above all he is serious about Jesus, obsessed with grace, and holds tenaciously to the centrality of the cross. In May of 1996, Josh met his wife Darcy at the now defunct Satyricon nightclub in Portland. They have two beautiful children and have been back in the city where they fell in love since 2007.

Ashley Bailey MomCo

Ashley Bailey serves as the Pacific Network Manager on the Church Engagement team at The MomCo (formerly MOPS International). A passionate advocate for mothers, she believes moms are a powerful force for evangelism and discipleship in their homes, churches, and communities. Ashley’s heart is for every mom to feel loved and supported by both her community and Christ, empowering her to shape future generations.

A mother of three active children (ages 6, 8, and 10) and wife to Austin, the lead pastor at Pine Lake Covenant Church in Sammamish, Ashley’s family life is full of adventure. When she’s not involved in ministry, you can find her outdoors, hiking, biking, or swimming in Lake Sammamish, or camping across the stunning landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.

Originally from the east coast and a dual citizen of the US and Canada, Ashley is grateful for where God has led her family during this season of life. She often finds herself marveling at the beauty of their surroundings and the community they've built.

Jesse Crock Fellowship of Christian Athletes

Born and raised in Issaquah, Washington, I had the privilege to play Soccer for Northwest University where I received a BA in Business and an MA in International Community Development. I bring over 17 years of experience in Christian non-profit work to see lives transformed in the name of Christ all over the world. Along with my amazing wife Terra and two children, Kaden and Kisa, I'm thrilled to bring my energy & passion in service to the Pacific Northwest and currently serve as the WA State Director for Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

In 2024 the cultural winds are blowing strong. There is a huge lack of spiritual leadership and the majority of our coaches and athletes are more confused than ever about their identity, purpose and calling.

The solution: give them someone to follow that’s following Jesus. This discipleship process is more than teaching coaches and athletes the right knowledge about God. A disciple models him or herself after someone. Making disciples of Jesus goes beyond teaching facts about Jesus. It means teaching people how to know and be like Jesus — to obey God and seek His best for their lives. FCA exists to develop leaders, through a process called discipleship for the purpose of partnership in the Kingdom. Leadership – Discipleship – Partnership. This is what we DO!

He met his wife of 9 years at Alpha and they both actively serve in their local church on Alpha and prayer teams.
